PG Studio- Graphic

I was brought on as a freelancer to assist with the pivot of the brand Portland Gear. Shifting towards a less city centric vision of the company, the creative director hired me to create a graphic for a new line of printed garments.

The idea assigned to me was to have a design with a message that spoke to fellow creatives. I wanted it to have something that felt genuine to my experience as an artist. In searching for that, I choose this message that I remind myself while working on a project. Sometimes picking a final layout, color, font, etc can start to feel like an overwhelming task. The idea is that there is thousands of options I could make for a piece, but I have to trust my gut and sick to what feel correct for me. Thus…

“The possibilities are infinite, trust the one”

I felt very strongly about this and knew that it spoke to a wide range of professions. I imagine that others have felt this one way or another and this graphic serves as a good reminder to follow your creative compass.
